Nose: Bright aromatics of white peach and guava lifted by a subtle rooibos tea note that adds intrigue and depth. Fresh citrus zest in the background.
Palate: Juicy stone fruit leads with guava richness filling the mid-palate. The rooibos tea thread reappears as a savoury, slightly herbal layer giving balance, complexity and lift. Crisp acidity provides clarity. Lightly wooded.

Wine prefers to be stored in a dark place where the temperature does not fluctuate more than a few degrees. White wine fairs best at a temperature between 7 and 12 degrees Celsius, and red wine at a temperature between 11 and 14 degrees Celsius.
